The BEST Hot Artichoke Dip ever!!!

Who doesn't like Artichokes???
Here is one of my favorite recipes, such a great starter for a fabulous Dinner party!

16 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1 Cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 8oz block cream cheese
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 green onions chopped
1 clove garlic minced

Bake @350 for 30 minutes
Yum Yum! :)

Easy Sticky Buns!


2 large cans of refrigerated biscuits
1/2 Cup butter
1 Cup brown Sugar
2 tbs corn syrup 
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c walnuts (optional)
in a large ziploc bag make a mixture of white sugar and cinnamon
shake up each of the biscuits in bag till completely coated with cinnamon mixture
stand each biscuit in a bunt pan making a complete circle around pan
on stove top combine butter,sugar,corn syrup and cinnamon till the granules 
 break down to become caramel at this point you can add your nuts
pour over biscuits bake @350 for 40 minutes


beef loin for 16 people

I bought 2, 5lb beef loin New York style roasts it came out perfect and right under 2 hours!
1/4 C red wine vinegar
2 Cups spicy Mustard
generous amount of Pepper
mix all together, then spread all over roast
fat side up in oven at 500 degrees for 20 minutes this will sear the meat!
turn down to 350 for another 1hr 1/2

Cheesy Potato Soup

this is a recipe I received from my friend and then I altered it a bit!
5 lrg potatoes
2 cans cream corn
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 carrots diced
2 Cups cheese
1/4 onion diced
cracked pepper
Salt

combine together all ingredients
make a rue with butter and flour
then add milk to rouge
pour into crock pot on high for at least 4 1/2 hour or low 6 hours
Mmmm Good!

Chocolate Pudding cake

1 box chocolate cake mix
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
4 eggs
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Mix cake mix, pudding, milk,oil,water,eggs,sour cream
then add 2 Cups of choc, chips Yummm!
grease and flour a bunt pan pour in Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
you'll be the talk of the town:)

Topping: 1C Chocolate Chips 
6 tablespoons of Butter and Melt in microwave (30 sec increments)
Drizzle on top
Thats it!!!!
Yah! its that good!

Banana Nut Bread

1 3/4 c flour
2/3 c white sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/3 c butter
2 Tbs milk
2 Eggs
1/4 chopped nuts
Bake @ 350, 55-60 minutes

Mama Theresa's Famous Enchilada Casserole!!

This is one our family Favorites...Stink'n easy and Yummy
step 1:brown hamburger season only with salt/pepper
step 2: add 1/2 onion to the meat while browning, this will add more flavor to your meat!

step 3: add a little enchilada sauce to the bottom of your casserole dish

step 4: Start layering, first a layer of white corn tortillas

step 5: next a layer of meat mixture, then lots of cheese, jack,cheddar,mozz etc...

step 6: repeat layers till you are satisfied, last layer of tortillas top with the remaining sauce lots of cheese and sliced black olives
place into oven 350 for approx. 30 mins. serve with a dollop of sour cream!

My kids love it! I bet you will too!

Split Pea Soup

One of the easiest Dinners I think I can make and most inexpensive is this wonderful split pea soup. if you like split pea soup then you will love this!
1 bag split peas
4 cups of water 
1 lb ham steak
2 carrots
1 potato
4 chicken bouillon cubes
salt/pepper
toss it all in a Crockpot and forget about it
till you cant resist the smell!

if it is too thick add milk at the end
I also like to serve this with a slice of sourdough bread top
 w/mozzarella cheese then toasted lightly in the oven for about 3 minutes 
ENJOY :)

My Famous Chili

Here is my recipe for my chili. my boys love it and I love it too because it is so easy! Great way to welcome the warm weather,,,, ENJOY!
Hamburger
1 can black beans
1 cans chili beans in sauce
1 can kidney beans
1/2 onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1 can tomato soup
generous amount chili powder
cayenne pepper (you be kind of generous with it because tomato soup calms it down)
Salt/pepper
Top with grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream!
