SPRING WEDDING

the Father of the bride was an executive for Dannon Yogurt and insisted on having non fat vanilla yogurt there, I was hesitant but did it and surprisingly was a HIT! you can see they are there in cups w/spoons sticking out of them.

 there are real strawberries on these trees but i try to put plenty around so people wont pick off  the trees but they always do !                                                                                                   WINTER WEDDING

On each end of the table were a chaffer of sweet/sour meatballs then cheeses Havarti, Smoked Cheddar,mild Cheddar, & Pepper jack. then an abundant assortment of crackers overflowing a silver basket, Ranch dip (always homemade, never store bought) Veggie tray garnished with sprigs of Rosemary, sage and thyme.

these glass bricks are set up in the shape of an oval and in the center I put a strand of white Christmas lights bunched up inside the middle of the oval and turned on for a sweet display!

here we have a berry punch on either side and in the middle we have water with sliced English cucumbers floating on top for a surprisingly nice elegant flavor!
